  Sataybar began life at the Queen Victoria Gaslight Night Market here in Melbourne in the summer of 2002/2003. In April 2004, the Sataybar door opened at the corner of Flinders lane and Custom House lane in the central business district. Sataybar strives for quality and value for money. We aim to provide healthy and nutritious food based around our peanut sauce from our Grandmother’s secret recipe. Our satay skewers come fresh off the chargrill. We use quality chicken, lean cuts of lamb, non-genetically modified tofu and our peanut sauce is freshly made everyday on the premises.
